The task is to regenerate Bosch batteries

Regeneration of power tool batteries consists in replacing all cells in the battery and connecting them to the battery electronics (in the case of li-ion batteries) and end contacts. As part of the regeneration, the battery resistors and the thermistor are checked and, if necessary, replaced.

The regeneration can be divided into several stages:
- opening the battery
- removing old cells
- cleaning the battery housing
- welding the new one cell package
- checking resistors and thermistor
- mounting the package in the housing and screwing it
- battery test

Advantages of regeneration

The undoubted advantage of regeneration is its economy and the possibility of keeping the old, original housing with electronic components, thanks to which we can be sure that the battery fits correctly in the power tool and in the charger. An additional advantage of regeneration is the possibility of obtaining a greater capacity and power of the battery than in the case of original equivalents and replacements.

Recovery time

The time needed for the regeneration of 7.2V-18V batteries usually does not exceed 2-3 working days, and for 24V-36V batteries - up to 5 working days. Please note, however, that in the case of a large number of orders, the regeneration time may be extended.

Warranty

All Bosch batteries refurbished by our company are covered by a written warranty. The warranty period varies depending on the cells selected for regeneration and ranges from 6 to 24 months.
