Distance Selling Regulations

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel the contract for any reason within 10 working days after the date you receive the goods.

Most of the time you will not need to return your products to us, however you have the right to under the Distance Selling Regulations, please note Business to Business sales are excluded from Distance Selling Regulations. Some items such as custom made, bespoke, personalised or special order item are also not covered under the distance selling regulations.

Returns Process

Before returning products to us please call or email us, as we may be able help resolve your problem.

If you need to return products to us please ensure that all items that are returned complete, with all of their original packaging and unopened within 14 Days of purchase.

Any products returned to us will need to be sent with a completed CUSTOMER RETURNS FORM. this can be downloaded here

Once you have completed the form above and packed it with your product(s) please return them to:

Once we have received your returned parcel and verified the products we will process your return / exchange / warranty.

If your return does not contain a completed returns form this will potentially cause delays or non processing of your return as we may be unable to find your details or reason for return.
