What is the remanufacturing of a Hilti battery?
Battery regeneration is a whole process consisting of sequentially performed activities, which include opening the battery, dismantling old and used cells, checking and replacing the damaged ones with new ones. The entire battery casing is thoroughly cleaned to prepare it for reuse.
After these activities, all that remains is to weld new cells, check if the battery is working properly and assemble the cells with the battery housing. After reconditioning, each Hilti battery is tested so that it can be delivered to the customer as a proven and reliable product.
