Battery regeneration - what is it?

When we say that a battery is used up, only its cells are actually damaged. This means that you don't have to throw the entire battery in the garbage and buy a new one. Instead, you can regenerate the old one - that is, open the battery and replace damaged cells in it. The old housing and other electronic parts of the battery will be kept. Our company will do it for you in a professional and cheap manner. We will also check that the battery is working properly and, if necessary, we will also replace the resistors and the thermistor.

How do we recondition batteries?

- First, open the battery and disassemble the used cells
- We thoroughly clean the battery casing and its individual parts
- We weld new cells
- We check if the resistors and thermistor are working properly, if not, we install new cells
- Finally, we install a package of new cells in the housing and close it.

Why should I recondition my batteries?

First of all, it is a very economical solution. Replacing cells in an old battery costs much less than buying a new one. Since the old housing is retained, there is no problem with matching the battery. This solution is also very ecological, it allows to reduce the amount of raw materials used and the amount of waste produced.

How long does it take to process my order?
